What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

“Calcium citrate is supposed to be a little sour this isn’t a little research found that there r two types of calcium citrate 1:1 and 3:2 and this unknowingly is 3:2 a cheaper form which explains the lack of taste also mean this isn’t water soluble and there’s no evidence it’s even absorbable whole point of calcium citrate is that the water solubility makes it bioavailable if u put a pill in a cup water will go a little cloudy due to filler but u will see the pile of undissolved calcium at the bottom”
