“been suffering with irregular periods for a longtime, metformin, provera, progyluton none of them helped all gave me bad side effects, came accross a PCOS support page on instagram that suggested N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC). tried it. Been taking it 3 months now, my periods are a lot better, length of period also decrease from 3 wks to 11 days. overall makes me feel good and less bloated. what works for me might not work for you but suffering with PCOS for 26 years and tried most things and no result.
