Holland & Barrett Organic Brown Rice is organic, wholegrain, long grain brown rice. An alternative to white rice.
To cook brown rice, add one part rice to two parts boiling water or broth. After the liquid has returned to a boil, turn down the heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.

Combine rice, water, a in a pot and bring to a boil using 1 part rice to 1.5 parts water. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer, and cook 45 minutes. Remove from heat with lid on and steam for 10 minutes.
