Holland & Barrett Red Split Lentils are easy to cook, are small in size but perfect for a big appetite! Be sure to use a large enough saucepan as the lentils will double or triple in size.
Red lentils are great in curries, soups and as a replacement for meats in all your favourite dishes.

Place in a pan, using 3 cups of liquid (water, stock, etc) to 1 cup of dry lentils. Be sure to use a large enough saucepan as the lentils will double or triple in size. Bring to a boil, cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
