“I got these in the sale and have been using them for a couple of weeks on and off. I don't find they taste of Apple and Cinnamon but still taste pleasant. In order to improve my intake of fruits, nuts and seeds I added some of each to the porridge, which increased the calorie intake but also helped me eat slower and chew mouthfuls rather than just letting the porridge slip down. I think it did help fill me up until my next meal and I might have lost a little around my belly but it's hard to say.”
