“Easy to make with water only (there is milk powder inside already), it's tasty but not overly sweet (it could actually be a bit sweeter like chocolate...) I usually drink Herbalife meal replacement shake, but this is easier to travel with and I love that it has green tea in it and is enriched with Probiotics! There is a little bit of grittiness to the shake once made, but I was aware of this from the previous reviews and can deal with it.”

“I've been using this product for 4 months. I use it as a meal replacement in the week as part of a calorie deficit. I use 500ml water rather 400ml as suggested to improve consistency. Not a fan of the vanilla but strawberry and chocolate are ok.”

Would work if you can stomach taste/consistency
“I brought the chocolate and vanilla flavours - I had the chocolate one first, 2 scoops with water and I could not drink more than half. I was gagging, mostly due to the texture and taste of powder. I felt so sick I actually could not eat so worked in that respect! Unfortunately, I did expect this, there is not much to expect from these weight loose drinks unless they are already pre made which is too expensive! If you can stomach the thick consistency and taste of powder then go for it! They will work and will fill you up. I just could not force myself to drink more than half so I will not be using again :/”
