IN some cases, a person may be sensitive to Niacin. The reaction may be dizziness, nausea, flushing, a rash or itching, which is temporary (15 to 30 minutes). This is a normal reason to Niacin. If a constant reaction occurs, discontinue use of this product. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Substituting two daily meals of an energy restircted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children.

“Started using this last week so can’t vouch too much for actual weight loss. A much grittier texture than other brands but I quite like that as it gives me something to almost chew on a little. Tried to mix in blender but it made it too think and gloopy so just accepting the grittiness. The reason I can get rid of the texture is because it actually fills me up. I’ve tried other brand shakes and they kinda do the job but these are the first to really give me that full feeling. Guessing it’s the glucomannan in it. Personally I prefer the vanilla flavour over the choc, tastes bit more like cookie dough.”
