Taurine is found in large amounts in the brain, retina, heart, and blood cells called platelets. It is also found in meat, fish, eggs and milk and is the second most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue. You must be 18 years or older to purchase this product. This product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
