Great for my mood but making it hard to sleep well
“I started noticing a difference in my mood and energy levels after just a few days. It's really good as I've tried loads of things and nothing has made such a difference with me. I get very low energy, mood and motivation at times and this definitely helps me with that. Only problem is it's giving me insane dreams. They are so vivid that I keep getting confused about dreams and reality and when I wake up in the morning I feel less rested cause I feel like I've just been dreaming all night! Gonna cut down to taking 1 every few days and maybe try a weaker dose. Definitely recommend if you have low mood and energy like me though.”
