H&B Vegan ABC-Z has been specially formulated to support a vegan lifestyle.
Our improved formulation provides all the essential vitamins & minerals including extra Vitamin B12 as this is an essential vitamin that can’t be obtained from a vegan diet.
We’ve also included Selenium as this supports thyroid function, the immune system & healthy hair & nails.
Brazil nuts are the only widely vegan source & the Selenium content within them is very variable.
The tablets do have a distinctive smell and this is due to the Selenium.
If you are concerned you aren’t getting enough calcium from your diet or want to further support your immunity in winter months, then try H&B High Strength Vegan ABC-Z which provides higher levels of Vitamin D & Calcium.
Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, and nails, the normal function of the immune system, and normal thyroid function.

“I've been taking these vegan multivitamins for several years, and they've generally done the job - I've noticed that when I forget to take them, my mood tends to dip, so they have been helpful in managing both my physical and mental health. I was a bit worried when the recipe changed, and the negative reviews that followed, but the new ones are absolutely fine. For me, there isn't a noticeable smell, and since I swallow them with water, I don't taste it. I do need to take them after I've had food though, otherwise I get nauseous.”

“The tablets taste and smell like crap. I also happened to get sick a few days after taking them but don't know if it was coincide or not. You can get tasteless and smell less vegan muti vitamins from a chemist. Il stick to those.”

“I have used these vitamins since 2018 however the last batch was completely different. Smelt like sulfur (think egg/poo). I don’t know why but after smelling the revolting smell I still took them. Upon taking them I got extreme nausea, later that day I started having cramps an a burning sore sensation in my stomach, now over a month later my digestion is a mess, they caused (though I cannot prove it) a stomach ulcer, and since taking it I have developed a severe gluten intolerance which I didn’t have before. Previously I had fantastic digestive health.”
