Change of urine colour whilst taking this product is perfectly normal due to the presence of Vitamin B2. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

“A number of people seem to have complained about the size of these pills and that they are difficult to swallow. I have been taking these for a few weeks now and not had any problems swallowing them. I have mine at breakfast and take with a yogurt drink. I was a bit surprised by the change in colour of my wee though, and reading the small print on the label afterwards confirmed that a change in colour might happen.”

Beware, these pills are huge.
“This was a good value product and should be perfect for people with any problems in swallowing big pills, sadly I am not one of those people and feared for my life every time I took one. I bought a pill crusher but they just taste horrible, I finally I decided it was not worth to start my day either in panick for choking or disgust by the taste of the crushed pill, so sadly this was a waste...”
