Ryan and Kim launched Life Kitchen after losing parents to cancer and seeing how chemotherapy was affecting their experience with food. The H&B with Life Kitchen collection has been designed to enhance each of our five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salt, bitter and umami.
Sharpening and boosting the flavour of your meals, this Citrus Sensation Spritz is a blend of vinegar, glucose syrup, yuzu juice, rice koji and natural ginger flavouring, adding a depth of sourness and heat to your food.
Yuzu’s small scent molecules reach the nose quickly and work with the koji on the tongue, creating a multilevel sensory taste experience. Yuzu is an eastern Asian citrus fruit with a sharp tang similar to lemon, and Koji is a fermented cooked rice powder which delivers a big hitting umami flavour.

White Wine Vinegar (contains Sulphites), Glucose Syrup, Yuzu Juice (14%), Koji (Rice Koji, Water, Salt, Ethyl Alcohol), Water, Natural Ginger Flavouring, Salt.

Directions:
