Directions:
1. Drain away the water from the pack.
2. Rinse 2-3 times under cold water
3. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave (800w) for 1 minute.
4. Add to your favourite noodles sauce, stir fry, soup or salad.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

“As a T1 Diabetic these give me a sense of normality. They do ( like all Konjac products ) need to be washed through several times ( 5 is best ) but they are a cupboard staple for me.”
