Holland & Barrett Maximum Strength Zinc Tablets are a one-a-day, high potency zinc supplement. Zinc is an 'essential trace element' because very small amounts of zinc are necessary for human health. This 25mg tablets are coated and easy to swallow. It can be consumed by vegans and vegetarians. Simply take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
