We recommend drinking not more than 1 cup per day from 32 - 33 weeks. Each pack contains 15 whole leaf, plastic free, biodegradable tea-like pyramids. They can be used to make 30 cups of infusion or more. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Brew one tea bag per mug with 100 degree water, for 3-5 minutes. Best enjoyed without milk. Brew each tea bag twice, according to your taste. Makes 30 cups of tea per pack Store in a cool, dry place. .
