“Definitely more sweet compared to the vanilla as it tastes more like a cinnamon bun with icing compared to cinnamon spice but still good/not too sickly. definitely recommend as a snack or quick grab nutrition if unavailable to get fresh food especially for those in recovery and struggle with mechanical eating :)”
