We recommend: 0-2 years: From break through of the first baby teeth brush 1 x daily with a thin film under parental supervision to minimize unduly ingestion. 2-6 years: Brush teeth 2 x daily for 3 minutes with a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under parental supervision to minimize unduly ingestion. For extra protection, avoid frequent acidic and sugary foods and drinks. Please brush with biodegradable Humble toothbrush. It's our planet, our home. Let's be Humble about it.
