“i’ve been using the lily cup for the past 3.5 years and it’s not only saved me hundreds of dollars in tampons, but also has worked better than tampons ever could! there’s no leaking, no spotting, i can go a full workday without worrying about bleeding through or having to change it, i can swim, exercise, sleep with it in, etc. etc. i genuinely forget i’m on my period except for when i take it out twice a day (12 hours is the max time to keep it in; i change it usually during my morning shower and before bed lol). no more worrying that you don’t have enough tampons/pads for a trip! such a genuine life changer. when i was first trying out cups, i went through two other brands before i tried the lily cup— the other two were the more standard bell shape and they felt too wide, bulky, hard to insert, and felt like they sat too low in my vaginal canal. the difference was night and day the second i tried the lily cup :) the angled/narrow shape is much better suited to my (and i feel like most people’s?) anatomy and sooooo much more comfortable than alternatives! the only criticism i have is that i have. no idea. why they manufacture it exclusively in light pink. obviously it can be cleaned and sterilized, and stains ≠ dirt, but it stained pretty much immediately to a sort of dark, rusty brown and no amount of boiling and scrubbing with soapy water will get it out. doesn’t affect the performance at all, but it does look ugly, and i wish they offered options in darker colors just so it didn’t look so gross— anything that comes into prolonged contact with blood is obviously going to stain, and it seems a little counterintuitive to make said object in a light color :) overall, still highly recommend for form and function, and specifically the lily cup for its unique shape. i will never be going back!”

“My first ever cup I tried since I wanted to be more exo friendly and I just hated period products in general. The lily cup was my first cup and FAVORITE scince i order the compact and ziggy. This is definitely the best cup for first time cup users and teens the angle and lip make the in and out job so EASY and just over all fit nicely. 100% if you don't use a cup GET ONE. Ps. I have a medium to heavy flow. The a size did really well. I did get both size a and b and i have a very fluctuating cervix so both seem the stick out a little or I couldn't seem to find them lol. But if you are very active I suggest get the b size cause it's a little thicker. Unless you have a short cervix.”

“I bought this cup hoping that I would not have to worry about my flow for 8 hours but I never had a clean underwear! It leaks terribly! And no it is not the first time I use a cup!”

“This cup is perfect for me. It’s the softest silicone I’ve ever felt and it’s so easy to insert and remove. But this cup is not for everyone. This cup is very long and since I have a high cervix it sits really well inside me. But I can tell if my cervix was any lower this cup would be too long. So if you’re thinking about buying this cup you should definitely measure your cervix first. If you google how to do that there are many websites with directions. If you have a high cervix, please try this cup!! You won’t be disappointed.”
