“Never again will I try and use this. Despite following the instructions I found it almost impossible to get adequate blood flow to fill the tubes provided. Finally got there after 4 piercings of fingers and blood everywhere. Very difficult to get flow needed and very difficult to get the blood into the small diameter tubes. Results quick though but sadly despite 2 months of supplements from H&B to reduce cholesterol and changing my diet no change and cholesterol still too high. Overall then, an expensive 'experiment' with nil outcome.”

Posting your sample close to collection times helps stop it from getting too hot in the postbox, which can increase the failure rate once it reaches our lab.
