Easy enough to use, but guidelines differ from NHS
Easy enough to use, but the results are confusing as the total "safe levels" of cholesterol listed in the app are higher than those specified by the NHS. This is confusing, and potentially misleading.

You have to get enough blood to fill two tubes by pricking your finger.I managed two drops of blood before I gave up. On the instructions it recommends doing star jumps first to get blood to your fingers !
