2.Take your sample – collect your sample with a simple finger-prick test. No preparation needed.
3.Send it back – pop your test in your nearest priority post box between Monday & Thursday using our pre-paid postage envelope.

Extreme heat
In very hot weather, it's vital to post your blood sample as close to your postbox collection times as possible.
Posting your sample close to collection times helps stop it from getting too hot in the postbox, which can increase the failure rate once it reaches our lab.

Very difficult to use
“I bought this direct from the Trafford Centre store last Friday, thinking it would be easy to use - it's not. It involves filling 2 small vials with blood obtained via pricking a finger. I followed all advice (drink plenty of water before the test, shook my hands, etc) but after 20 minutes and only filling 1/2 a vial I gave up. I just want people to be aware of how the test is done. If I had known I wouldn't have spent the money, and it's not clear until you have opened the box.”
