In very hot weather, it's vital to post your blood sample as close to your postbox collection times as possible.
Posting your sample close to collection times helps stop it from getting too hot in the postbox, which can increase the failure rate once it reaches our lab.

Very clever idea!
“I think this is a brilliant idea. I am a health conscious person so having these is amazing. However, I have to mention that finger pricking is not the easiest thing to do as you need to fill 3 vials! One needs to follow the instructions super carefully and drink water before the test! Overall, I love having the option to run tests without going to the GP.”
