Wheat and gluten free and made from 100% buckwheat - a plant with a source of protein and fibre content and high levels of minerals such as magnesium. Suitable for wheat free diets as it is not a type of wheat but a seed of a broad leaf plant related to the rhubarb family.
Along with typical Asian style dishes, try swapping pasta for these noodles and enjoy a robust spaghetti pasta dish, that’s healthy too!

“Well I bought this since I love the brown rice ones but the truth is that they smell funny and are difficult to cook since they stick whenever I boil them...”

“These are really easy to cook. cover with boiling water for 5 mins. drain. run cold water through and then they become loose. add to wok food and you have a delicious chow mein, or whatever you choose to add to.... really tasty, healthy and good value for money.”

“These would be fabulous if it weren't for the fact that when they are cooked they seem to glue together and form a hard, chewy, rubber-like lump. Shame they do this, I've experimented different ways of cooking and it results in the same each time.”
