Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition. Using our Smudge Brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect

“Omg love this pencil. I have very sensative eyes.i have been using a very expensive eye linner. Couldnt afford that this month so i thought i could try this. It was exactly same. Does smudge out but my other pencil did same.i will defo buy this regularly.”
