“I am enjoying using these and I guess it's too early to tell for sure, but they do seem to help me get through the day ( I'm 49 now and peri-menopausal so I need the energy!) I chose this product because it contains CoQ10 which I take as there are reports it supports gum health and it has the benefit of ashwaganda, so I'm now taking fewer supplements. First time trying cordyceps...again not sure what difference it makes but it's certainly not unpleasant and there are no unwanted side effects. These tablets have a mild savoury taste but I honestly don't mind it.”
