A good choice for an everyday Multifloral Manuka honey. To take, simply try a spoonful everyday, or mix into hot drinks. Manuka Pharm honey can also be enjoyed as an ingredient in healthy cooking, like smoothies, breakfasts, baking, tonics or hot toddies. Manuka honey is a different consistency to other honeys. It's thicker and creamier, not thin and runny. It has a milder level of sweetness and natural earthy flavour.
