Produced by bees foraging in wild grown, native manuka bushes, or leptospermum scoparium, manuka is produced in the unpolluted New Zealand countryside.
This stunning, unspoilt setting results in monofloral manuka, made by bees feeding almost exclusively on the manuka bush - and very little else.
