Preparation: To prepare one serving, fill a shaker with 300ml water or 300ml semi-skimmed milk, add 30g powder (3 measuring spoons) and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Alternatively: Stir 30g into 300ml max. 60˚C hot water.
