I get this for my husband as he likes the flavour and that it contains more B12 than standard marmite.Also it is salt free.Great product and far healthier that salt laden varieties.

Better than marmite.
This is simply THE best yeast extract. A million times tastier and better for you than marmite as it has very little salt and 100% flavour. Also b12 and protein. I use it to marinade tofu and for sandwiches, especially with avocado and tomato.
