“I am so happy I found this product. I had searched for years to find something to help me with my feelings over being overwhelmed, irritable, depressed, exhausted, no motivation.... just everything completely took over me and then 2 days later, boom, period! Now I notice my pms symptoms, when I start to get upset or insecure, I start to overthink or feel irritated by everyone and everything, I reach for this tablet and it completely calms me down. It restores my energy, it calms me and its almost like with all the fog that seems to overwhelm my brain and I can't think, this clears it. I genuinely couldn't be without this life saver. I only take it when I start to feel abit rubbish and then I stop taking it after being on my period for about 2 days. It really helps me to get through the tough days and I'm not one to bother writing reviews, but I really felt like this needed to be said.
