Directions:
4 tablespoons (60g) vegetable oil
300ml (1/2 pint) hot water
Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C (for fan assisted ovens) / 375°F / Gas Mark 5.
2. Empty the Mrs Crimble’s Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix into a bowl, add the vegetable oil and hot water and mix together with a fork.
3. Divide the mix into 10 and shape into balls – Slightly wet hands will help if the mixture is sticky. Or use the stuffing to pack into the neck of a chicken or turkey (ensure the giblets are removed.
4. Bake the stuffing balls on a greased tray for 20 minutes in a preheated oven until fully cooked and piping hot.
