Arabica instant coffee powder (60%), gelatinized red maca powder (15%), cordyceps mushroom extract powder (14%), lion’s mane mushroom extract powder (8%), chaga mushroom extract powder (2%), L-theanine powder (0.7%), resveratrol powder (0.2%), bacopa powder (0.1%).

1) Add 1–2 teaspoons to your favourite coffee cup.
2) Add 200ml of hot water and stir well.
3) Top up with oat milk or your preferred plant milk.
Directions: Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons to 200ml hot water and stir until dissolved. Add plant milk and/or honey if preferred.
