Directions:

Add half a scoop (11g) to 350ml of water, plant milk or smoothie in a shaker. Consume before or after exercise. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose or 70mg CBD per day. This product is a food supplement and therefore should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place out of the reach of young children. This product is not suitable for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or under the age of 18.
