Natalia Labour Instant Energiser 10ml: Shake well and roll onto inside of wrists and behind ears.Natalia Labour Bath Ease 100ml: Shake well and add up to 5 capfuls to deep bath water, swishing thoroughly.Natalia Labour Massage Oil 60ml: Shake well warm some oil in your hands and massage wherever contractions are felt. Massage firmly during contractions and lightly between contractions, always following the labouring mothers wishes and guidance.
