Natural Birth Co Bosom Buddies has been developed by Midwives to support you through your breastfeeding journey. “Ooh”, “Aah” and “Ouch” are three essential oil blends designed to assist you with full and heavy breasts, breastfeeding support and sore nipples.
These blends also relax the mind to allow you to feel calm and comforted. The oils are to be added to water allowing you to create wet compresses from the solution to apply direct to the breasts.
Add 2-3 drops of your selected oil to a bowl of water (hot or cold as you prefer) and mix to disperse. Wet two flannels in the solution and apply to the breasts for up to 30 minutes. Wash the breasts prior to a feed.
