Natures Aid Kidz Omega-3 liquid contains high levels of Omega-3 Fatty Acids EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of a healthy heart, brain and vision. EPA contributes to the maintenance of a healthy heart. Kidz Omega-3 liquid is sugar free and contains no artificial flavours, preservatives or colours. Natural lemon flavour.

Disappointing - too much vit D
“Bought because it has excellent levels of Omega 3. However, my 8 year old dribbled the first spoonful of this out of his mouth and stained his t-shirt. He maintains that it tastes awful (and he is NOT a fussy eater). Also, I have no idea why there is so much Vit-D is in this product... it means that if a child takes the multi-vit from the same range that they exceed the vit-D intake multiple times over (not advised). Perhaps Nature's Aid can reduce down the Vit-D in these products so children can take both Omega 3 and the Multi-vit together.”
