Burnt my stomach lining!!
“I took one of these with a turmeric capsule with my evening meal and felt my stomach lining go warm but thought nothing of it. I then woke at 3am and was awake all night. I didn’t realise cayenne was a stimulant. The next day took them again. I immediately felt the warmth but this time it felt very uncomfortable. I’ve had very severe diarrhoea for two days now and horrendous stomach cramps. I feel really damaged. There should be warnings on the packet. My stomach lining feels burnt and so uncomfortable. I’m so annoyed and shocked at how strong it is.”
