“I was recommended these by a friend when out of the blue I found my energy levels very low. By 5pm most days I was struggling to keep my eyes open. It was that horrible drained feeling rather than being tired enough to actually fall asleep. I’m low in vitamin D so take a high strength supplement but this wasn’t doing anything to address my exhaustion. I don’t remember how long I was taking these for, but it wasn’t long. The mid afternoon/early evening exhaustion disappeared very quickly. I’ve since repurchased these twice more and will continue to use them. When I stop taking them for a week out of forgetfulness, the exhaustion comes back. I truly believe it’s these vitamins that are sorting that out for me. The only important things to mention from my experience are: 1) it makes urine radioactive yellow. Doesn’t seem to matter how much water I drink, it’s still vibrant in colour. This hasn’t reduced the longer I’ve been taking them. 2) as per the instructions, do NOT consume these on an empty stomach or you will possibly feel very, very sick. When it says consume them with a meal, it means a MEAL. A few times I tried having a piece of fruit or something first and it wasn’t enough. I can’t emphasise enough that for myself (and I’m assuming in some others too) the nauseating effect is strong enough to potentially induce vomiting. I wish these came in larger packs that offer significantly better value because £10 a month alongside several other supplements does add up. I suppose it’s worth trying them for a month or two and seeing if it’s enough to get you back on track then reducing them to every other day/2-3 times a week to see if it’s enough to maintain the effect.”
