Commonly used as a flavouring in curries as well as a food supplement, Fenugreek is an aromatic Mediterranean plant. The seeds produced by the plant are used whole or powdered as a spice whilst the leaves can be eaten as a vegetable.
Directions: Take upto 3 capsules daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsule into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.

Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Fenugreek Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Product it’s self pretty good I suppose, only very short expiry date on both of my bottles! Wich is very disappointing because I was planning to have them after Christmas! But due to short expiry date will have to have bin them
