Directions:
Mix one serve (55g) with 225ml of water or your favourite milk, shake well, leave for 2-3 mins, shake again and enjoy! Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Once opened, consume within 1 month.

A must if you can't face breakfast.
I'm on my first packet, and I'm very impressed. I add two table spoons to milk and use a hand whisk. Pour into a travel cup and drink when at work . Delicious flavour and consistency. Keeps me feeling full until lunchtime. I don't get the afternoon dip of tiredness either.
