Jun is known as the “Champagne of Kombucha” due to its delicate taste, as it is fermented with raw honey instead of processed cane sugar, which gives it a smoother, lighter flavour profile without the the vinegar taste commonly found in Kombucha.
Award winning Rose Blush is a non-alcoholic, delicious Jun-Kombucha. It has been fermented in small batches using the finest Sencha and organic Darjeeling green teas, premium botanicals, and raw honey from rural Buckinghamshire.

“This was not what I expected. I’m not a fan of Turkish Delight and anything rose water.This drink has a floral aroma and then when you taste it, it has the notes of fermentation mixed with the floral flavours. It’s a really complex drink and a great alternative to alcohol in the evening.”
