Key ingredients

• Spray: magnesium chloride, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, wintergreen, camphor and black pepper
• Patch: arnica, boswellia (frankincense), comfrey, calendula and menthol

How to use

Spray 10–15 times onto the area and massage in. Once absorbed, apply one patch over the same area and wear for up to 8 hours. Scan, press play, recover.
