Per 1 Spray: Water, Sorbitol (viscocity modifier), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 - 500 IU/12.5μg/250% Reference Intake), Natural Orange Flavouring, Citric Acid (acidulant), Potassium Sorbate (preservative), Tri Sodium Citrate (acidity regulator), Xanthan Gum (stabiliser), Steviol Glycosides (natural sweetener).

Directions:

Adults: 1 to 6 (max) sprays daily. Spray up to 6 times under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing.

Age 11-17: 1 to 6 (max) sprays daily.

Age 4-10: 1-2 (max) sprays daily.
