Directions:

Shake well before use. Rotate the actuator to a 90-degree angle and place the nozzle inside the mouth, pointing towards the back of the throat and press the pump.

Daily serving suggestions is 1ml and each single spray is 0.20ml. Therefore, take 1 spray at 5 intervals throughout the day or 1 single serving of 5 sprays once a day.
