Sleep Patch-It for a soothing, relaxing and restful sleep. The sleep patch contains a unique calming blend of organic essential oils. Including lavender which is well known to have calming and relaxing properties. Sage has a balancing and calming effect, and basil which helps to clear and strengthen the mind. Ylang ylang and bergamot are both relaxing and uplifting.
Full ingredients
Pyroligneous Acid (Mandarin Wood Vinegar), Dextrin, Tourmaline, Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium amara), Sage (salvia officinalis), Basil (Ocimum sanctum),Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata).

Do not use on wounds, damaged skin, eyes, mucous membranes or on rashes. Although all measures have been taken to ensure Patch-It is safe for your skin and dermatologically tested, stop using if redness or excessive skin irritation occurs. Not advisable for pregnant or lactating women.

Remove patches from their protective wrapper & apply one to the sole of each foot before bed. If you find the patches come off due to movement, try wearing a pair of socks over the patches. When you wake in the morning, remove the patches & dispose. Wash your feet if needed with soap & water. Use for 3 consecutive nights for optimum benefits and 10 consecutive nights every month as part of a long term programme. For those who have experienced long term difficulty with getting a good night's rest, a longer period of consecutive use (14-21 days) may be necessary initially.
