“Been supping this for a week now, flavor is something else, it's clearly vanilla, no argument there but... wow it is so sweet, I genuinely started to add lime juice just to counter act how sweet this actually is. I have managed to add a little weight over the first week (but diet and training could account for that too) I would not buy this again, nothing inherently wrong with it, unjust can not keep up with drinking something this sweet, my teeth cant take it. If you can handle sweet, it might well work for you, if not, I'd avoid this one a look at alternatives”

“I have really enjoyed the vanilla flavour in the smaller sized bags, and was hoping it would be the same for this 6kg one. Instead, the texture is more grainy and harder to mix, the taste is just off, with a new additional after-taste that is just horrible. It's like everything from what made the original vanilla flavour great was toned down or taken away in this formula. The bag is great though.”

Blend four 30g scoops (120g) of Performance Gainer with 300ml of water or whole milk. For best results, use an electric blender and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Skimmed milk may be substituted for whole milk for less fat, kilocalories and cholesterol. For quicker weight gain, boost your kilocalorie intake by blending your shake with ingredients like ice cream, nuts, honey, fresh berries, bananas and other foods that are high in kilocalories. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily. Weight Gain Plan: For weight gain programs of about one kilogram per week, try one (120g) to two (240g) shakes mixed as directed per day. Muscle Builder Training Program: Drink two shakes daily, one a few hours before your workout and one an hour after your workout. Do not exceed two shakes daily.
