Use 2-3 servings of Lean Protein daily to help tone and maintain a lean physique. Do not exceed stated dose. For Men: Add 2 scoops (approximately 50g) of Lean Protein to 400ml of ice cold water or low fat milk and shake for 10 seconds. For Women: Add 1 scoop (approximately 25g) of Lean Protein to 200ml of ice cold water or low fat milk and shake for 10 seconds.
