“Really enjoyed this. I've never used any protein shakes before and wasn't expecting it to taste too great but it is insane. Tastes like real bananas, not like any milkshake I've tasted. I use the weigh training jugs, with the metal wire ball in it and there was no lumps at all. Quick shake and its perfect. I also use milk, I'll probably never try it with just water.”

It has really satisfied any hunger and this lasts until the next meal time and has helped me with my weight lose.
