- Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Protein makes up the structure of all cells and tissues in the body, including muscle tissue, tendons, internal organs, skin, hair, and nails. There are 20 amino acids, 12 of these can be made by the body and are referred to as non-essential, whilst the other 8 are known as essential and can only be supplied by the diet.

Directions:
Take two to three tablets three times daily, preferably with each meal, plus directly after each workout. Do not exceed stated dose. Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.

“I've been taking these for years. I also take NAC Cysteine which when combined with two of the amino acids forms the most powerful antioxidant. The antioxidant is called Gluthione I think I recall. I am an older person and I feel very well and believe these protein builders are very beneficial. Don't forget to read the label and research each amino acid listed.”
