Precision Engineered Creatine Powder is produced from pure Creatine monohydrate. Creatine is naturally found within the body. Mainly produced in the liver, it is transported in the blood to the muscle cells. It is commonly used by Sports Athletes, healthy people during brief high-intensity activity such as sprinting, heavy workouts and other long duration exercises. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Creatine. Creatine can also be sourced from the diet by eating fish and red meat. Vegetarians have no significant dietary sources.
